What happens at my hearing?

Hearings are held at 400 West Superior in Chicago. At a Chicago building code violation hearing, both sides present their case to the administrative hearing officer (the judge). The City of Chicago will have a lawyer working hard on their behalf. There is no doubt that they will be ready to present their case, so if you need representation, contact us as soon as possible.

If you have been cited by the City of Chicago for building code violations, contact us as soon as possible. Attorney Bradford Miller can be reached at 312-238-9298.
