Chicago seems to be increasing citations for building code violations

Our office has seen a notable increase in cases for building code violations. Chicago seems to be really going after property owners for violations. Sometimes they are only outside violations - which gives the impression that inspectors are literally driving down city streets looking for potential violations.

If you have been cited for building code violations by the city of Chicago, call our office right away for a free 15 minute phone consultation. It is a serious matter that can result in serious fines.
