Do you own a vacant lot?

Did you know that the City of Chicago sends crews out every year to clean up thousands of vacant lots. The city recoups their cost in part by ticket issuance and administrative hearing follow-ups with owners of these neglected properties.
The Vacant Lot Cleaning Program clears the lots of weeds and dangerous debris. Don't neglect your property. Periodically check your lot to make sure it is clean and free of debris. Failure to do so will eventually result in a citation.
Bradford Miller Law has been representing property owners and management companies for several years. Contact our office if you have been cited for ANY building code violation.
