Can I have another hearing if I was found previously liable?

No, this is a final order you cannot have another hearing. Once a final order is entered, the department of Administrative Hearings no longer has jurisdiction (the legal authority) to take any further action. Your case can be appealed to the Circuit Court of Cook county. Appeals must be filed within 35 days of the final order. We may be able to help you with this process. Contact our office for a free 15-minute consultation to see if an appeal is your best option.
